The Standing Platform promotes correct body alignment during Pilates and various exercises, while also introducing dynamic instability to enhance balance, flexibility, and coordination. It is attached to the base of Total Gym rails, allowing one foot to rest on the platform while the other is positioned on the rolling glideboard. Additionally, the Standing Platform serves as a versatile Pilates platform, offering the option to combine it with the Slide Distance Regulator to control the rolling distance of the glideboard for front and side lunges.
