RED SHARK USA Product that is found by RED SHARK USA to be defective in materials or workmanship within twelve (12) months of the date of shipment of the Product may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of RED SHARK USA (the “RED SHARK Warranty”).
This warranty is void if the Product is modified or damaged from a failure resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, normal and reasonable wear and tear, crash or impact, failure to perform routine maintenance as instructed, improper installation, or use other than that for which the Product was intended.
The RED SHARK Warranty does not include any punctures, tears, or rips in any of the paddle board parts of the Product.
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to start a return. If your return is approved you will receive a full refund less the return shipping costs + a 25% restocking fee. The item(s) being returned must be in “like new” condition (meaning that they show no signs of wear or damage), and must include all original packaging as well as any accessories, manuals etc. that came included with the original order.
You as the customer are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any damage to the package throughout the return process.
