This does not include moving the unit inside your house or garage.
To receive curbside deliveries, you need to schedule a delivery appointment and provide a signature upon drop-off. After the shipment reaches the nearby freight terminal, the freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Pads, pulleys, cables, frames, and everything in between is covered for as long as you own the equipment.
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to start a return. If your return is approved you will receive a full refund less the return shipping costs + a 30% restocking fee. The item(s) being returned must be in “like new” condition (meaning that they show no signs of wear or damage), and must include all original packaging as well as any accessories, manuals etc. that came included with the original order.
You as the customer are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any damage to the package throughout the return process.
For the return to be accepted you must receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) from us. Please email sales@idealhomegym.com and we will be happy to being your return for you.
