The TANK M1 allows you to take your sled training to the street to train with neighbors, to the cabin for a family weight sled training session, or to the park to meet friends. It was created with garage gyms and personal trainers in mind. TANK M1 will travel wherever you want to take your training.
With its custom display that provides information on calories, watts, time, distance, and Push Force EnergyTM for the brand-new TANK M1, the Console will track and enhance your individual or group TANK training sessions.
The Dumbbell Cradles allow you to take your dumbbell workouts with you and add more traction for towing movements. This add-on can support a 20-pound pair of dumbbells per pair.
A few additional TANK training exercises made possible by the Strap/Harness Tow Kit are the standing row, tow, lateral sidestep, push sled sprint training, and backward run.
