With the added GKR9 you are expanding the possibilities of what exercises can be done with your G9S home gym, offering even more options in your daily workout choice.

The G9S as a stand alone home gym comes as a two stack selectorized home gym, fit for two users, with 3 different workout stations and 7 different functions.  Each weight stack including 210lb (upgradable to 260lb).  The 7 Functions include: Multi-Press Station, Leg Press/Calf Station, Perfect Pec Station, Lat Pull Down/ High Pulley Station, Ab Crunch/ Mid Pulley Station, Lex Extension/ Leg Curl Station, Seat Row/ Low Pulley Station. 

However with the added GKR9 Vertical Knee Raise Attachment the G9S transforms into a 3 user home gym with 4 different stations and 8 different functions, making for endless workout movement possibilities and a fully customizable workout session straight from home.

With the included GKR9 you have an additional Vertical Knee Raise/Dip Station solely dedicated to abdominal, tricep and shoulder work.  Offering body weight exercises not available with the base G9S Home Gym.

The G9S is also able to be purchased with the GIOT Inner Outer Thigh Attachment, however** both the GKR9 & the GIOT cannot be used at the same time as they attach to the same place on the G9S.
